Refund Policy

1. Software Products (Tally Prime)

Tally Prime licenses are non-refundable once activated. Before purchase, we provide free demos and consultation to ensure the product meets your requirements.

  • Unactivated licenses may be returned within 7 days for a full refund
  • Activated licenses cannot be refunded as per Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd policy
  • Upgrade fees are non-refundable once the upgrade is processed

2. Registration Services

For company registration, GST registration, and other government filings:

  • Before submission: 80% refund if cancelled before filing with authorities
  • After submission: No refund as government fees are non-refundable
  • Rejection cases: Re-filing at no additional professional fee (government fees extra)

3. Annual Maintenance (AMC)

  • AMC fees are non-refundable once the service period begins
  • Pro-rata refund available only in exceptional circumstances
  • Unused training sessions expire at end of AMC period

4. Professional Services

For accounting, tax filing, and advisory services:

  • Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and non-refundable
  • Project-based work: Refund proportional to work not yet completed
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable after the session

Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

6. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, India.
