Refund Policy

1. Software Products (Tally Prime)
Tally Prime licenses are non-refundable once activated. Before purchase, we provide free demos and consultation to ensure the product meets your requirements.
- Unactivated licenses may be returned within 7 days for a full refund
- Activated licenses cannot be refunded as per Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd policy
- Upgrade fees are non-refundable once the upgrade is processed
2. Registration Services
For company registration, GST registration, and other government filings:
- Before submission: 80% refund if cancelled before filing with authorities
- After submission: No refund as government fees are non-refundable
- Rejection cases: Re-filing at no additional professional fee (government fees extra)
3. Annual Maintenance (AMC)
- AMC fees are non-refundable once the service period begins
- Pro-rata refund available only in exceptional circumstances
- Unused training sessions expire at end of AMC period
4. Professional Services
For accounting, tax filing, and advisory services:
- Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and non-refundable
- Project-based work: Refund proportional to work not yet completed
- Consultation fees are non-refundable after the session

6. Disputes
Any disputes regarding refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, India.
